^ E-copy of your student ID card or certifying letter from your supervisor or Institution is required to qualify for “Students” fee.
  (Offers are subject to quota, it will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis).
* For the Pre-congress Workshops, non-congress registrants are welcome to attend and separate registration fee is required. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Workshops may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.

Registration fee includes admissions to the congress sessions, coffee / tea breaks, exhibition on the registered day(s). For lunch symposium and dinner symposium, complimentary lunch and dinner will be provided with limited quota on a first-come-first-served basis.

Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fee. 

Payment

Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) by the following methods:

1. Cheque: payable to “International Conference Consultants Limited”
   (Please mail it to the 2025 HKCPsych International Mental Health Congress Secretariat. Address is: International Conference Consultants Ltd.: Unit C-D, 17/F, Max Share Centre, 373 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong.)
2. Credit Card: Visa or Master Card

Registration confirmation will be emailed to the registered delegates after receipt of the full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress. If cancellation is received on or before 30 April 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee.

Rules and Regulations

1. Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form. 
2. Registration Form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
3. The Congress Secretariat will send a Registration Confirmation by email upon receipt of your Registration Form and full payment. Kindly check the confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
4. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

   On or before 30 April 2025	50% of the registration fee
   After 30 April 2025	No refund

5. The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Congress, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
7. The information on Registration Form is to assist us in preparing your participation in the Congress. All the information you provide will be restricted to the Organiser of the 2025 HKCPsych International Mental Health Congress and other related working parties.
